Sarah Morton is a second year Ph.D at the University of Abertay in Dundee. Sarah has an academic and professional background in design, fashion, branding, lifestyle trends and printmaking. Her research focuses on how design strategy could be implemented within the adventure sports industry in rural Scotland. She hopes to demonstrate how using design and knowledge exchange within this industry might address female underrepresentation and encourage the growth of a community of practice.
